Catching up on FHE

Over the past several weeks, we have been taking turns providing the meals, instead of the Hicks always doing it. Vikas made Indian the week Rachel and I went up to Thurso (I'm gutted about that - I love Indian food!). The week after that Ian made Chinese food - and it was lovely. On the week the Hicks were out of town we just made toasties (i.e. grilled cheese sandwiches). This past Monday, Josephine made a mix of Japanese and Korean food.
